Location: The ranch is located northeast of Haskell, Texas.

Acres: 648 Acres, more or less

Terrain: The Miller's Creek Ranch is idealy located near the eastern border of Haskell County. The ranch is considered to be level to gently rolling, sloping to Miller's Creek. Primary cover is mesquite with hackberry and cottonwood trees being common along the creek bottom areas. Cover is considered to be ideal quail and deer habitat.

Water: The ranch is considered to be extremely well watered. The highlight of the property is two large earthen ponds. These ponds are in excess of several acres in size. Miller's Creek , a nice seasonal creek which enters the ranch on the eastern side and winds through the ranch for nearly one mile offers holes of water most of the year. Additionally, the current ownership has drilled a water well near the western portion of the ranch.
