Location: The ranch is located in the northeastern portion of Gaines County and the northwestern portion of Dawson County.

Acres: 3,529 Acres, more or less

Terrain: The terrain has a rolling appearance with basically the entire property draining to the west to Cedar Lake.

Water: Livestock water is provided by dirt tanks and waterline waterings. Several windmills are located on the property that could provide an additional source of water.

Access: Access is provided by paved FM 1066.

Hunting/Recreation: Hunting includes mule deer, quail, dove and sandhill crane. It has been recently announced by the Texas Parks and Wildlife that there will be a nine day mule deer season in Gaines County. Because there has never been a mule deer season in this area, the hunting in 2008 should be excellent.
