Location: The ranch is located southwest of Spur, Texas.
Acres: 2,154 Acres, more or less
Terrain: The overall terrain has a rolling appearance, with an elevation change of approximately 120 feet. The elevation change ranges from a low of approximately 2,230 feet to a high of approximately 2,350 feet. Little Red Mud Creek runs across the western side of the property. This creek is essentially a wet weather creek, only running water in times of sighnificant rainfall. Large hackberry and mesquite trees are located along this creek.
Water: The ranch is considered to be well watered by four dirt tanks and a windmill.
Access: Access to the ranch is provided by paved FM 261 on the north and paved 1081 on the west.
Hunting/Recreation: The property has a good cover for whitetail deer and quail hunting. Turkey are common and feral hogs are known to be in the area. This property has had no hunting pressure in many years.
Remarks: This ranch is located in the heart of some of the best whitetail deer and bobwhite quail hunting in West Texas. Because this ranch has not been hunted in many years, the quality and quantity of wildlife should be good.
