What you may not know is that Chas. S. Middleton and Son has always been on the cutting edge of technology. When Lee Middleton owned the company his wife ran a mimeograph printer for their mail out. Later, he purchased one of the very first color printers in Lubbock, a color offset. We were also one of the first companies around to use a word processor. My grandmother spent several hours running those machine that were so technologically advanced for the time. This is one reason that Chas. S. Middleton and Son has been so successful through the years. As new technology becomes available, you can bet that we will be a leader in the farm and ranch real estate market with the most up to date equipment ready to serve you and your property buying and selling needs.
