Improvements:
Improvements include eight (8) irrigation wells and a network of underground line. A seven (7) tower center pivot irrigation system is currently being used in the northwest-quadrant of the farm; however, this system is owned by the tenant farmer and is not a part of this offering. According to the tenant farmer and to the best of our knowledge, the irrigation wells will pump a combined total of approximately 275 gallons per minute.
