The Priddy 2R Turkey Ranch is very well located in central Clay County, approx. 4 miles north of Henrietta and 12 miles east of Wichita Falls. The ranch is bisected by SH 148 and also fronts or is bisected by Ikard School Road, Kelly Road, Wiist Road and Mitchell Road.
Overall, the terrain of the ranch ranges from level to rolling. The ranch drains to Turkey Creek, which bisects the central part of the ranch.
