The Jones Farm is located in the northeast-quadrant portion of Terry County, being approximately 3 miles northeast of Brownfield, Texas. Access is excellent, being by paved FM 1698 on the north and paved CR 525 on the east.

The Northeast-quarter (NE/4) of Section 80, Block T, Terry County, Texas, Save and Except approximately 2 acres out of the southeast corner.

2014 Property Taxes:
Approximately $1,161.47.

Improvements:
Improvements include a center pivot irrigation system, two (2) irrigation wells and a network of underground pipe. The center pivot is a 1991 quarter-mile Lockwood brand system. To the best of our knowledge, this pivot is nozzled at 300 gallons per minute. The irrigation wells are equipped with 3 and 4-inch electric submersible pumps.

Price:
$1,400 per acre. Seller will retain all minerals owned.

Remarks:
The Jones Farm has approximately 120 acres under pivot, with the corners being operated on a dryland basis. The terrain varies from nearly level to gently sloping. The soils consist primarily of Amarillo fine sandy loam, with a small portion of Patricia loamy fine sand and Seagraves fine sandy loam located on the south-half of the property.
