CREDENTIALS: Sam Middleton Chas. S. Middleton and Son

I am the owner of the real estate-appraisal firm, Chas. S. Middleton and Son, which was established by my grandfather in 1920. My father was active in this company until his retirement in 1988. My business in general consists of farm and ranch appraisals, and farm and ranch sales. I hold a Real Estate Broker's License in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. I have served numerous times as an expert witness in court. I have been appointed Receiver for the Court to manage and sell ranch property. I hold the designation of ARA (Accredited Rural Appraiser) through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. The American Society conducts a mandatory program of continuing education for their accredited members. I am current with the requirements of this program through December 31, 2001. I am a State Certified Appraiser in Texas (Certificate Number TX-1321528-G), and also in New Mexico (Certificate Number 00739-G).
