| I have been associated with Chas. S. Middleton and Son since March 2004. My business consists of the appraisal of farms, ranches, cattle feedyards, and commercial dairies. The majority of my assignments include appraisals for estate tax purposes, bank loans, expert witness testimony, and ranch partitions. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics in December 1998 and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree in August 2000. I am an Accredited Rural Appraiser Candidate through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), and I am a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas (Certificate Number TX-1333092-G), New Mexico (Certificate Number 02448-G) and Colorado (Certificate Number 100019566). I have completed appraisal assignments in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas. I also hold a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License. | |
